Refund policy

At LXRY | The Luxury Coach™, every piece is curated with intention and crafted through trusted production partners. Because our collections are limited and often made-to-order, we are not able to accept general returns or offer refunds once an order is placed.

1. Return Window

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. In these cases, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Shipping

For approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not liable for lost or undelivered returns.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@myndsaavi.com Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund when applicable.

4. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover all costs to correct the error and ensure you receive the item originally purchased.

5. Refunds (When Approved)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards and digital downloads

  • Opened or used personal care items

  • Made-to-order or personalized products

  • Seasonal capsule or holiday items

  • Sale items

7. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to the limited nature of our capsule collections. If a replacement is needed for a damaged or defective product, a new item will be shipped once approved.
