What is the return policy?
Our capsule collections are limited and curated with intention. Most items are final sale, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days at hello@theluxury.coach
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Because our collections are limited and often made-to-order, certain items are final sale. These will be clearly noted before purchase, including custom-printed pieces, seasonal capsules, and sale items.
When will I get my order?
All LXRY orders are fulfilled through our trusted partners and shipped within a few business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details by email. Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on the item and your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our collections are crafted through a blend of U.S.-based and global partners. Every piece is carefully sourced and produced to meet our standards of quality, safety, and design. We choose our partners with intention, ensuring each item reflects the values of LXRY | The Luxury Coach™ thoughtful, enduring, and worthy of your ritual spaces.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your U.S. location and the items in your order. You’ll always see the full shipping cost before you complete your purchase, with no surprises.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, LXRY | The Luxury Coach™ ships exclusively within the United States. We look forward to expanding globally in the future, but for now, our collections are available only to U.S. customers.
